Terms & Conditions

Once an order is placed, H&L Custom Creations will require approximately 2 weeks to receive the silver inlay piece from our distributor. On some occasions, we may have the item in stock already, we will advise you of this at the time you place the order as we may be able to complete your unique piece with a faster turn time.
After H&L Custom Creations has completed your piece(s), we will send you a photo for final approval. After final approval has been given, all sales are final.
Should the braid in a Sterling Silver piece come loose or detached, H&L Custom Creations will be happy to fix this if the issue is outside “normal wear & tear” at no cost.
Rings: If you are ordering a ring, Please be sure of your accurate ring size on the finger you intend to wear the item on. There are many ways to confirm your ring size, such as:

* Visiting a jewelry store

*Print off a ring sizer, cut it, then measure the paper that went around your finger, this

can give you your ring size.

**Please Note, once the ring is made in your size, it cannot be returned. Sales are final.

Satisfaction is our Number One priority and we stand behind our work! Each piece is thoroughly inspected at each step of the creation process in an effort to create that ‘perfect’ piece. H&L Custom Creations strives for 100% customer satisfaction with the keepsake they receive.

In the event that you are NOT 100% satisfied, please contact us directly within 5 days of

receiving the item(s) so we can correct the situation to the best of our abilities.

Once your order is placed, we expect to receive the horsehair for your item within 2 weeks. If we do not receive the hair for your keepsake(s), we will not be able to guarantee the original quoted turn around time for your item. An updated completion time will be given upon H&L Custom Creations receiving your horse's hair.
H&L Custom Creations reserves the right to decline the creation of a jewelry piece if the hair we receive is not in neat, clean, or workable order. Or if we feel we will be unable to meet your satisfaction. All fees collected will be refunded.
H&L Custom Creations typical turn time is 3-4 weeks. Should it exceed that amount of time, we will advise you of this as soon as possible. Holiday turn times may be extended due to high demand and volume.
H&L Custom Creations ships orders using the United States Postal Service (USPS). To date, we have not had any lost or misplaced packages. In the event that your package and/or hair is lost while in the care of the USPS, H&L Custom Creations is in no way responsible for this. If you would like to pay for additional insurance on your package, please advise us of this at the time of your order.
